However, it is not possible to provide answers to all current questions, given the complexity and challenges of doctoral studies. Therefore, the links on the left side of the page point to departments and people who can help doctoral candidates more specifically.

Under Contact to Faculty in Doctoral Study you will find a list of links to the faculty study departments, which are primary advisory bodies for doctoral candidates. In contrast to graduate studies, doctoral degree programs and fields are managed by specialist councils which, among other things, appoint supervisors.

Doctoral candidates can find a list of their subject-area boards under the link Subject Area Council. If necessary, the application SIS study system allows to search for list of supervisors.
