Procedure for replacing the academic degree "Doctor of Theology" (the abbreviation Th.D.) with academic degree "Doctor" (the abbreviation “Ph.D.” used after the name).

Issue of a certificate of the right to use an academic degree in the sense of Section 99 paragraph 11 of Act No. 111/1998 Sb., Higher Education Act.

1. The completed application can be sent via the postal license holder to the address:

2. The application must be accompanied by a copy of the doctoral diploma

3. There is no charge for issuing the certificate

4. The certificate will be sent to the applicant within thirty days in the form of registered mail, or applicant can pick it up in person at the address above
