            Procedure for replacing the academic degree "Doctor of Theology" (the abbreviation Th.D.) 

            degree "Doctor" (the abbreviation “Ph.D.” used after the name).

            Issue of a certificate of the right to use an academic degree in the sense of Section 99 p

            Act No. 111/1998 Sb., Higher Education Act.

            1. The completed application can be sent via the postal license holder to the address:
