Ph.D. Meet & Share: Perfectionism

Ph.D. life can be rewarding, but also challenging, overwhelming, and, well... sometimes it just sucks.

Let's not only admit it, but focus on the concrete, everyday challenges Ph.D. researchers face. Join the first session of the PhD Meet & Share series, this time focused on perfectionism.

What can you expect? We start with a 20-minute introduction to the topic. Then you can join the conversation, share your own experience, or offer your perspective. Grab a coffee (or tea, obviously) and some biscuits, meet other Ph.D. researchers and discover new perspectives — all in an informal and friendly atmosphere.

And just to be clear: This is not a therapy session. It's about sharing, networking, elements of group coaching, mutual support, and taking a little break.

This session is about perfectionism:

When is doing your best no longer helping you do your best?

Let's talk about perfectionism in doctoral life — and what we can do when our own high standards start working against us.

Come for the topic. Stay for the conversation. And have a biscuit.
