            Procedure for awarding the academic degree "Doctor" (abbreviated as "Ph.D." used after the

            graduates of medical and veterinary studies.

            Issue of a certificate of the right to use an academic degree in the sense of Section 99 p

            Act No. 111/1998 Sb., Higher Education Act.

            1. The completed application can be sent via the postal license holder to the address:
