            Procedure for replacing the abbreviation of the academic-scientific degree "Doctor" (abrev

            with the abbreviation “Ph.D.” (used after the name).

            paragraph 10 of Act No.111/1998 Sb., Higher Education Act.
            1. The completed application can be sent via the postal license holder to the address:
