            It is a body consisting of at least 5 members, at least one-third of whom are not members 
            academic community of the faculty (participating faculties), at least one of whom is not a
            the academic community of Charles University and at least two-thirds of whom are habilitat

            council approves the ISP of individual PhD candidate, proposes supervisors and consultants
            composition of examination boards for entrance and state final examinations and decides on
            ISP evaluation (A - fulfils the plan, B - does not fulfil some parts of the plan, C - does

            plan), to which the doctoral scholarship is linked for full-time students. In the event th
